Why today....why did I chose today to start my blog? My sweet friend Karen sent me a link and thought how hard could it be? So I went for it. I am not sure how hard it will be to keep up with it but those that know and (still) love me know I like to chat. I hope this will be a place that I can share my heart and stay in touch.
Today happens to be the due date of my first born son. 16 years ago today he was due to arrive. He didn't come that day or the next but actually on the 4th after taking castor oil! Today also happens to be National Autism Day and the day that I started my blog.
My first born is actually asleep on the couch as a I type away. He fell asleep watching the Mavs. He is driving now and dreaming of the days ahead. I always say I think he was the most wanted child. My hope is that he knows that and feels that today.
